Chris Romulus (Social Justice Worker)
Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Christopher Romulus (Chris) is a dedicated advocate for community health and social justice. A proud graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Chris has committed their career to supporting underrepresented communities, with a strong emphasis on child welfare advocacy and social work. Chris being of Haitian Descent brings a culturally informed and compassionate approach to his work. Chris's experience spans Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) services, community health, social work, and youth residential facilities, where he has worked closely with vulnerable populations to provide essential care and support. In addition to their hands-on experience, Chris holds certifications in Healing-Centered Engagement and as a Batterers Intervention Facilitator, equipping them with specialized skills to address trauma, promote healing, and support individuals in breaking cycles of harm. Through their advocacy and dedication, Chris continues to empower marginalized communities and create lasting, positive change.
