We build partnerships that facilitate the embedding and advancement of liberation in public and private organizations and systems. Our approach centers those most impacted by injustice and helps institutions align their practices with values of equity, healing, and collective care.
As part of this work, we offer Healing-Centered Engagement training—a framework that supports organizations in moving beyond trauma-informed care to create environments rooted in belonging, agency, and restoration.
Explore our Healing-Centered Engagement Brochure to learn more about our methodology and how it can be adapted to your team or system.
We believe healing is rooted not only in community, but also in our relationship with the earth. In partnership with Weaving Earth, we are developing land-based programming launching in Summer 2025—designed specifically for system-impacted youth.
These offerings will create opportunities for young people to build a relationship with plants and land through practices like herbalism, regenerative farming, and land stewardship. This work invites youth into deeper connection, agency, and belonging—grounded in ancestral wisdom and collective healing.
We take a collaborative approach to research that involves all stakeholders throughout the process—from co-creating research questions to developing data collection tools, analyzing findings, and sharing results. Our methods prioritize lived expertise and community leadership, ensuring the knowledge we generate is both rigorous and rooted in experience.
