Naomi Bell, MA, LMFT, Executive Administrative Assistant
Naomi Bell is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Be.You.tiFull Mindset, a private practice dedicated to empowering individuals through healing, wellness, and self-discovery. Naomi's path to becoming a therapist is one rooted in resilience, purpose, and a profound understanding of trauma and transformation.
Born into a family struggling with generational addiction in South Central Los Angeles, Naomi entered the world during a time when drug use was heavily impacting the Black community. She was raised by her grandmother after being abandoned by her birth mother and lived in a home marked by poverty and instability. When her grandmother passed away at the age of four, Naomi was placed into the foster care system, where she endured years of verbal, physical, sexual, and emotional abuse.
Despite the odds, Naomi discovered hope and strength through education. School became her sanctuary—a space where she could imagine a different future for herself. She excelled academically in high school, but her undergraduate journey proved more challenging, taking seven years to complete. Yet, she persevered, earning her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from California State University, Los Angeles.
Naomi spent 12 years teaching preschool, passionately nurturing young minds. Though she loved her work, she knew her calling extended beyond the classroom. Seeking deeper purpose and impact, Naomi returned to graduate school, earning her Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy with an emphasis on African American Families from Pacific Oaks College.
Her lived experiences as a foster child, survivor, and educator deeply inform her therapeutic approach. Today, through Be.You.tiFull Mindset, Naomi provides a safe and affirming space for clients to heal, grow, and reclaim their stories. She specializes in trauma, identity development, and culturally responsive care, particularly for underserved and marginalized communities.
Naomi’s mission is clear: to promote wellness in every sense of the word and to guide others toward a life of authenticity, balance, and fulfillment.
